Ryan’s friend, Donny Mark, played soccer professionally in China and helped to start a soccer club over there. Now Donny is back in the states and building a soccer club centered around his training facility in Long Lake, MN. Alchemy DSC (https://www.alchemydsc.com/) has classes and teams for kids of 18 months to post-HS.

Donny had a ceremony to name the field in Ryan’s honor, the Ryan Ruckus Richard Memorial Field. I can’t think of a tribute that would have been more approprite or that Ryan would have loved more. My son has been playing on that field since he could walk. Ulysses won’t have a chance to meet his uncle, I feel like we are all together every weekend when we are kicking the ball around. That is pretty amazing.

Donny and my mom came up with the idea of staring a scholorshiop fund in Ryan’s honor to help kids with the drive to get elite level soccer training. Here is a link talking about The Ruckus Fund. In the future we hope to run a tournament to raise money for The Ruckus Fund.
